Here at Auto Excel, we strive to do the very best we can to get your vehicle in and out on the same day.
Now we know that may not always happen and things happen. As a rule of thumb, on most repairs, we can get you in and out on the same day.
We also follow up with our customers throughout the day even if we don’t have anything, one way or the other, tell them exactly what’s going on with it.
We want to let you know that we didn’t forget about you. We are going to contact you a couple of times throughout the day to say “Mr customer, what we have right now is, our technicians are still evaluating what is wrong with your car.
Obviously, it wasn’t something simple like what we thought. They are spending time on it, we are not looking for any additional money to pay for their time, we are going to go ahead and do this additionally that we need to.
So we need good, solid, answers on what’s wrong with your car.” If for some reasons that we can’t, this ties into our shuttle service that we offer.
You don’t have to wait for a specific time for a shuttle leave or anything. We are more than happy to have Jacob or Mike or Mike’s mom or whoever we have available here to shop that day, to hop in the company car, come pick you up, take you to work, bring in here.
We’ve even went as far as to help people get their kids picked up from school and take them back home.
