3 Year, 36,000 Mile, Parts & Labor Warranty
Hi, I am Eric. I am the service advisor here at Auto Excel and just wanted to let you know about our 3 year, 36,000 Miles Parts and Labor warranty.
As far as I know, we are the only shop in Lexington that offers a 3 year, 36,000 miles warranty nationwide on parts and Labor.
As far as I know, any of the dealerships shops in town will only do what is called a 12/12 which is 12 months or 12,000 miles.
So we’ve literally had customers that use this warranty as far as way as California. It’s basically anything, any work that we do, as long as it’s related to what we’ve done, you are going to be covered for the next 3 years or 36,000 miles; whichever comes first.
