Listen.. a lot of us have been a victim of messy mechanics and auto repair shops that have caused more damage instead of fixing what was asked. Took my car to Auto Excel after reading the reviews. They told me they would take a look and perform a thorough inspection on my car.. sure, why not. I was brought up to take care of your vehicle and keep it maintained. They called and emailed the minor nonemergency repairs at which you have the option to approve or decline your repairs. Since they had my car already, I approved everything. Got my car back running smoothly.. A few days later, they called and said, there was a couple small things that we didn’t need for your car and we need to give you a refund..ummm, who does that..🤷🏽♀️. This is a HONEST & REPUTABLE Auto Repair Shop! Thanks Auto Excel for taking care of my girl! My place to go from now on!!!!
