This is the second time Auto Excel has saved the day for us. Mike, the owner, is a man of integrity and a pleasure to deal with. Phillip, the Sales Manager, is one of the most genuine, hardworking individuals we have encountered in this business. They once again provided excellent service, constant communication, and a sense of reassurance that everything would be taken care of, which is priceless in my opinion. Our teardrop trailer has had issues with wheel bearings burning out prematurely since the day we owned it. The last few times it was serviced, unbeknownst to us, the technicians put the wrong size bearings on and just called it good. This led to excessive side-to-side motion of the wheels or "play", causing dangerous heat and friction in the wheel bearings, eventually causing them to fail. Rather than continue this cycle of shoddy work and lackluster service, Auto Excel stepped up to the plate to fix the problem at its root. Initially, they rallied for a more economical option, but when the correct parts were unavailable, they didn't just "give up" like the last place we took it. Instead, they replaced the entire axle system, ensuring that this would no longer be a problem. Yes, this ended up costing more that we would have liked, but I would rather deal with a business that has transparency and always keeps the customer apprised of their options than be kept in the dark and pay less for a poorly done job that has to be redone anyway. These guys are knowledgable, experienced, friendly, honest, and reliable. They provide the highest standard of customer care, and I hope more businesses adopt their approach. Because, at the end of the day, trust is the most important element for any business!

Don't trust these people with your car

Very impressed and shocked about the amazing, fast, and affordable service I received for my electrical issues I had with my car. From the original phone call to the appointment (which I was able to reschedule very easily online after making the original), everyone was professional, courteous and transparent. Not only did they resolve my issues with no hassle they also have an amazing rewards program too?? I then received an email when I got home with a full, very detailed, with photos of my cars “health”. I dread getting car work done because of past experiences at other places.. but I will only go here from now on for everything my car needs!

Auto Excel is the only place I bring my cars in for service and repair. Phillip has helped and saved me more than once. - Only Auto Excel was able to locate a leak in my Rogue. It took the dealer about a year (after my car is out of warranty) to find it and thanks to the detailed notes (a report with the health status, notes, and actual photos of the areas of concern) of the of Auto Excel, I was able to get the repairs done for free via Nissan's Consumer Affairs department (you open a case). - Recently one of my new tires got ripped up due to freezing fog and they went to bat for me with the manufacturer and got the price of the replacement reduced by 50%. - My work schedule pretty much matches their hours of operation. They have probably shuttled my wife a dozen times and for free and have even helped with the carseat. One other unique thing about Auto Excel is that almost always, the same mechanic is going to service your car. They really get to know your car (your dealer won't) and this has helped me with my Rogue's leak and "fighting" Nissan.

I called to have my front end looked at for a popping noise. Not only did they fit me in even though they was booked. They identified other issues and discussed them with me. So I left left my Camry with them and they replaced the wheel bearings and C/V axle. Very professional and friendly and I highly recommend them.
