Actually, I simply lucked onto Auto Excel by searching on line for Mercedes mechanics. And boy did I get lucky! Auto Excel offers a 58 point inspection with each repair and provides an incredible warranty with each one as well. My first issue turned out to be rather expensive and for being a first time customer, I was given a 10% discount on the cost of the repair! The staff & mechanics are extremely nice, knowledgeable, accommodating and honest. And the mechanics are certified and "know their stuff". I do not have any qualms about being taken advantage of. In fact, they go out of their way to explain the "ins" and "outs" of of your particular issue and you never feel any pressure to make an instant decision on the repair. Check it out for yourself. You will be glad you did!

Auto Excel was amazing to work with. I had issue with my car that made me feel unsafe driving it. I brought it in on a Friday but am getting my car back today, a Monday, since they are a Monday-Friday business. They offered for me to have a car rental for a very affordable rate over the weekend. Auto Excel was very fast and efficient with their work. I had a warranty and they wanted to go over everything with me that was and wasn't covered by the warranty before actually doing anything so I would know how much I would be paying out of pocket. Amazing customer service and are quick to help. They even take you to/from somewhere when you drop off or need to pick up your vehicle. I would recommend visiting them and seeing for yourself.

Thanks to the staff at Auto Excel. We were shopping for a used car and had them do a prepurchase exam of the car we were looking to purchase. They found several items that were in need of repair. That repair total was about $900. We were able to take their analysis of the car back to the dealer who was selling and negotiate the repair costs out of the price of the car. The cost of the pre-purchase exam was well worth the fee.

What a ripoff!!! I did have them arrange to have my vehicle towed in. They seemed nice enough until I got the bill. The towing charge was a promised at $65.00. That was fair. That is where the fairness stopped. Prior to going into the shop, I priced out a serpentine belt for my 97 Chrysler Town and Country Minivan. Auto Zone had their top of the line belt for $39.99 with a 3 year warranty. I also priced out a tension pulley assembly. It was $42.00. It is remarkable that my diagnosis of my problem was exactly what they said was wrong with it after they did their $95.00 diagnostic evaluation. They also found that the alternator was in need of tightening. They quoted me a price of over $400.00 to replace the $42.00 part and put on a belt. I told them to put the belt on and let me drive it home. Their charge for the belt alone was over $82.00. The bill came out including the towing charge in the amount of $205.00. Just to replace the belt. When I got home, I purchased the pulley assembly and went to my local garage. They charged me the flat rate charge of 3/4 hour of labor (total labor $45.00) to put on the pulley assembly and the belt. The total paid for pulley and belt was less than $90.00 not $400.00. BEWARE!!!

The service received at Auto Excel is exceptional! They are in the business of making you safer on the roads! They are very easy to work with and will be honest with you about what needs to be done on your vehicle and give you timelines of when to get things done.
