Roland Jarrell My car broke down while at the U of KY on 7-2014 . I checked the internet and your ad had excellent ratings as well as transmission repairs. My transmission was leaking so we added trans fluid and were able to drive to the motel. I called your business and had the car towed in on Monday and said we needed the car back by Wednesday. You had the car repaired and ready on Tuesday. I am from Ohio and I can't thank you enough for the speedy service you provided.
This is the most honest and efficient shop in Central Kentucky. I have been to many auto repair places in Lexington over the years and I can say getting my truck fixed at Auto Excel was the best experience I have had. They were straight up with me about what the issue was after doing a thorough diagnoses and did not try and get me to fix unnecessary items. I would definitely bring my truck back to them in the future to get more work done and would highly recommend them to both friends and family.
Really Great. I am a recent graduate of UK and on a limited budget--but they were able to work with my situation. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. I had a previous bad experience with an auto repair shop in town, that will remain nameless, so I was apprehensive when I walked in. However, their customer service was very honest and put my needs first. Now that I know about Auto Excel I will go no where else for my auto needs.
Ripoff! I took my blazer there to find out what was wrong with it and they called me a few hours later telling me it would cost $6000 to fix my ride and a minimum $3200 to get it back on the road( I drove it there). They, of course had financing options. I told them i would just come and pick it up. $137.50 is what they charged just for looking at it. Nice guys who charge triple for everything. I will never go there again.
These guys are good, honest, and reasonably priced. They are always nice and give me the price up front. I take my Honda there for all my maintenance and repair. It's kinda hard to find, tucked away behind Nickville Rd., but worth it.
Eric, Jacob, and the guys are great. They really know their stuff and helped me figure out what was wrong with my car free of charge. I will certainly be returning!
