I have had many great experiences at Auto Excel. Mike has worked on my vehicles for the last 3+ years and has never failed to give me anything but satisfaction. I will gladly recommend this shop to anyone in need of a honest mechanic that doesn't just throw parts at the problem but really gets into it to figure it out.

As far as auto repair shops go...this is one of the best I've been to. They are a relatively small shop, but they know their business. If you have been considering taking your car to a dealer for service because you think you want it done right the first time...think again and give these guys a shot...and you'll save yourself some money as well!

I am beyond satisfied with the service I received at Auto Excel. You can count on them to keep you informed in a very timely manner as well as have your car fixed quickly and correctly. It is just a bonus that they are so friendly along the way! I am a new customer to Auto Excel and was very impressed with the customer service and integrity of the guys who work there. I had several maintenance items overdue on my car so I knew I needed to put some money into the car for the long haul. These guys did a complete inspection and helped me prioritize what was needed and what was not. They got the work done quickly and went above and beyond to help save me some money. They do quality work with quality parts and a good warranty. I'll be going back when needed.

They did an excellent job fixing multiple engine on my Buick Rainer -- great people over there, great service, & way less expensive than the quotes I was getting from other companies. Will def recommend to everyone I know.

Excellent shop and I would highly recommend anyone to go here! Honesty and integrity is what I look for and I got it! My engine light came on and I had it checked with one of those sensors that said it needed a Knock Sensor. I knew it was an inexpensive part and I knew it really didn't do much to the car except possibly reduce the gas mileage. When I called for an estimate, I was expecting the old "I don't want to quote you because we want to be sure we are doing work that is needed" and I got it. My first reaction "typical, they want to up sell me!" I went against what I would normally do and actually set the appointment. I got a ride to work right away this morning and no delay. I was called later to be told that it wasn't the sensor it was something else that could be replaced, but wasn't hurting anything to leave as is. I was very pleased of course. When the car was done, I got picked up and taken right back to the shop. I asked about an estimate to have my back brakes replaced and was told that they inspected the brakes and they are fine. As I had originally thought, I was led in the wrong direction by another mechanic shop. I have been so pleased by the customer service and caring individuals at Auto Excel that I'm not sure I'll ever go anywhere else!

Years ago I was referred by a good friend to Mike Barrett about some issues I was having with my vehicle. I'd been burned by other mechanics and dealerships and just wanted someone with honesty and integrity to tell me what was going on with my car. I found that someone in Mike and I've been taking my vehicles to him ever since. Not only excellent mechanics, but the folks at Auto Excel are great people. They'e always professional, always courteous, and always willing and able to explain what's going on under the hood. I highly recommend the good folks at Auto Excel.
