These guys are real professionals! Fixed my BMW for half the price that Don Jacobs wanted to charge. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I enjoy taking my car to the staff at Auto Excel. They are honest hard working men. I trust them to do a great job on my car and stand behind the work they do. I only take my car to auto excel and would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

These guys are truly experts in their field with a keen eye toward saving their clients money in the long run through proper maintenance and repair. They will identify any issues you have with your vehicle and make recommendations accordingly...in a fair, knowledgeable and honest manner. In fact, when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, they diagnosed a problem and then suggested I see if my powertrain warranty would still cover the issue. It did and the Auto Excel guys actually SAVED me money.

Excellent... I would recommend to all friends, family. Very thorough. Being a female it is unpleasant to be in a place where it is all men. I did not get that uneasy feeling. Staff very professional. Will continue doing business here. Definitely!!!!

The guys at Auto Excel are AMAZING! We are newish to Lexington and this was our first real car mishap, after reading the online reviews we decided to give them a try. Needless to say we were not disappointed! They worked with us to get our car back to us the same day even though we didn't get it to the shop until late in the afternoon and they had personal obligations that evening. They did excellent, selfless work, and made sure we were taken care of! I called several places to price the repair and Barry was the ONLY one who called back to follow up with me! GREAT customer service. We will DEFINITELY use Auto Excel again when we need a mechanic and will recommend them to anyone we know looking for one!

I'm not in the habit of writing reviews; but Auto Excel's commitment to customer service and satisfaction was so exemplary that I had to take the time to give these guys the credit they were due. This veteran owned, family run shop bent over backwards and sideways to ensure that my car was repaired quickly, correctly, and at a price I could afford. Instead of forcing me to wait in the lobby or at a nearby burger joint for the repairs an employee gladly took me home, and then picked me up again when my car was ready. The break down of my car was totally unexpected, and when the cost of repair was more than I'd managed to scrap up the manager dropped the price he'd quoted taking a hit on labor cost to ensure that I'd be able to get back on the road to head down south as originally planned. I've had horrible experiences at auto shops in the past, but Auto Excel's integrity, and selfless service has reminded that there are truly still businesses out there who are more concerned with the customer than making a dollar. If your vehicle is having problems, give Eric at the front desk a call; between him and the staff your car, and your spirits will leave in better condition

I went to them on the advice of a friend to have them inspect a possible car purchase. They were honest, up front, and truly gave me great advice I could use, and I decided not to buy the car. They even followed up a week later to see if I'd found a car. These guys are great, truly professional, and awesome at what they do. They take customer service in auto care to a whole new level. Although I hope the vehicle I bought doesn't have any problems, I know where I'll take it when it does...Auto Excel!

Auto Excel is a gem of an auto repair shop. While my oil was getting changed, the co-owner gave me a tour of his shop and gave me excellent auto advice. They accidentally quoted my oil change without the price of the filter, and they held true to their quote instead of upping the price after discovering their mistake. I give them an A+ and will be going back.

I have lived in Lexington for more than 3 years now and I have struggled to find a good auto place that is trustworthy, affordable, and convenient. I am lucky to have found Auto Excel who will now always have my business as long as I live in Lexington. I called about an issue I had with my HVAC and they were able to squeeze me in on short notice. They communicated with me about the issues and made sure that I knew what I would be expected to pay before they did any work. Their price was completely reasonable and the work was completed in a short time while I waited in their friendly office. I talked about golf with the owner of the shop and my car was ready before I knew it. I would recommend the guys at Auto Excel to anyone. Hopefully I won't have to get my car fixed any time soon, but if I do I will make one and only one phone call.
