My son was driving from Ohio to Florida to college, when his car broke down in Lexington, Kentucky. We had to have it towed and there were several places to choose from when we googled Auto Care. We chose to have it towed to Auto Excel and I am so thankful we did. ERIC helped us with diagnosis of the problem and stayed in communication with us in Ohio. The gentleman that I dealt with was very professional and came across honest. He took the time to walk me back into the workshop and show me the damage and potential repairs to my vehicle which I greatly appreciated. Of course, I learned more than I cared to learn about the car but look forward to working with these guys again in the future.
