They went out of their way to help us when we had to be towed in. Honest people who worked hard to make the needed repairs and get us back on the road. Many times repairs cost are more then is estimated,not this time. They were done in the estimated time frame and charged exactly what they said it would cost.Thank you Auto Excel.

We were just getting on the road to drive home 8 hours to Virginia when we got a flat tire. We came to auto excel and had a great experience! We asked if there was anywhere in walking distance to eat while we waited for the car but there wasn't, so the owners mom was gracious enough to drive us to get food! Everyone was so nice the whole time and we had a great experience. They also have a waiting room with free coffee and wifi. Everything was perfect!

These are honest people. I've never felt conned nor pressured into making decisions right then and there. Dallas always gives his honest opinion on the maintenance schedule of my vehicle, and I always come back. Courtesy driver is very convenient and friendly, so you don't have to be stuck at the mechanic's all day. They even offered to pick up lunch for me if I planned on waiting that long. Rates are fair, but they actually do work on your car, unlike the many horrible experiences I've had at Walmart and bouncing around various dealerships.

Fishy, cannot give a simple estimate for a known problem. I'd go elsewhere if I were you.
