Excellent service and prices. I called four different places in Lexington and Auto Excel had the best price. When I arrived, they were very pleasant. The waiting room is very nice, with comfortable chairs, free wifi, and a Keurig machine. There is a TV, but I'm glad it was turned off for the most part (I brought work with me to do). As I was waiting, I got a text that provided me with the diagnostics of my vehicle (which was included in the oil change I came in for). BEST thing I've ever seen. They included pictures of my battery, from the computer diagnostics systems, my tires, and my air filters. I usually buy/replace air filters myself, and they did not pressure me to go with them (It's so much cheaper if you do it yourself). I needed my tires replaced (which I knew coming in) and they agreed to match the lower price I found on the Tire Discount website. Plus, there was $10 off my total cost just for "checking in" on social media. Very nice people working here and I'd recommend to anyone. GO HERE!

The staff at Auto Excel are professional, knowledgeable and bend over backwards to provide outstanding, personal service. My 15 year old roadster runs like new, smooth as silk. They have gone above & beyond. Dallas and Phillip are excellent. Sorry I don't know the technician's name.

Top rating because they are professional and take good care of you. === === === === I've been here a couple of times to have work done on my car. Each time, they have sent me text messages to give me updates, appointment reminders, and a link to the report that lets me know what they found during their assessment. The guys here are friendly and take good care of you. The waiting room is comfy and offers coffee and water if you're thirsty. There's even free wifi if you want to connect. A nice thing about this place is that they give you recommendations that work within your budget, and they don't try to pressure you into anything. They even offer a shuttle service to pick you up or drop you off. Once the repairs are complete, they guarantee the work for 3 years or 36K miles. And they give you roadside assistance in case anything goes awry. Check them out. You'll be glad you did.

Such a positive experience! Only needed a routine oil change, but this will be my #1 choice for the future! I appreciate that they use technology to send text confirmation & reminders of my appointment! I arrived before they opened, but the staff were prepared & ready to get me started! I enjoyed waiting in their lounge-it was fresh, (looks very modern with hard wood floors, large flat screen TV, & a Keurig coffee bar & free wifi)! I was very impressed & comfortable!

Hands down the best service I've ever had with an auto repair shop, both in terms of quality and customer service. They thoroughly inspected my car and completed the repairs in a timely manner. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND in customer service. I more than recommend them .... you're crazy if you go anywhere else in Lexington for car service or repair.

Their customer service seemed to be pretty great!. Took my car in knowing full well that I needed new brakes and possibly new rotors and an oil change. That was until they gave me 2 pages worth of problems with my car and tried to scam me out of $1400. Maybe they assumed my husband and I were clueless to auto repair, but they misjudged us completely. After their inspection, and quoted total, we left, waited until the weekend and checked it ourselves, with some help of my father-in-law (bc I hardly ever dealt with rotors). We just took it there because we were impatient. But boy am I glad we weren't gullible like I assume the rest of their clients are! There was THREE problems with it. The 3 that I was already aware of. Costed a total of $200 dollars and 2 1/2 hours of labor. That we did ourselves!!!! Definitely would not recommend this place.

Outstanding service! The folks at Auto Excel are knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, and honest. I highly recommend them to everyone in the Central Kentucky area! The customer service they provide is second to none!!! These guys are so great! I took my Jeep in for routine servicing and during the inspection they discovered a few issues that needed to be addressed and repaired. Since my Jeep was still under factory warranty they recommended I get these repairs done at the dealership. There aren't many repair/service shops out there that would have told you that...most likely they would have just said, :hey you need to get this fixed and here's how much it costs." Can't say enough nice things about Mike and his great team. A+++

Awesome service. Very caring people that take the time to explain everything. Dealer wanted $110 hour to find why my vehicle was leaking. AutoExcel found it fixed it for WAY less. WAAAAAAY less. I rarely trust a auto mechanic, just don't know how to call them out on stuff. Auto Excel explains, and stands behind there work. They've earned my trust.
