My experiences with AutoExcel have always been top notch. They are very professional, caring, and trustworthy. Also, they stand behind their work 100%. Their 3-year warranty is no gimmick and they never cause a hassle with it. My service advisor Phillip and mechanic Kevin are the fabulous to work with and fabulous people! I always get clear explanations about what’s needed, including allowing me to see firsthand underneath my car what is going on. I hope anyone with car issues or even routine service will consider giving them a chance.

Auto Excel was able to rebuild an engine when we were stranded while passing through Kentucky. They arranged storage until we could return, and made sure everything we ready for our long trip back home. Cant say enough about the staff here, they went so far above and beyond for us that all I can say is if you find yourself in need of a service that they provide here and you go somewhere else instead, you're taking a huge gamble.

The owner and staff here are great. They provide excellent service, and they are very knowledgeable about an assortment of vehicles and potential break downs involved.

Everyone I dealt with at auto excel was very customer oriented. They're responsive and helpful when explaining exactly what the repair is and why it's needed. They are all very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to make sure you understand everything that's going on with your vehicle. I'll be back if I ever need a major repair done again.

All auto repair places are the same - EXCEPT Auto Excel. As a woman, I'm tired of walking in a repair shop where I'm afraid of staining my clothes if I touch anything and get treated like a teenager because I'm a female - which is always my experience. When you walk into Auto Excel you feel like you're in an office waiting room with coffee, wifi and comfortable places to sit and work. The staff is what makes this a place I'll stay forever, though. The team is friendly, listens and provides you with information (like the results of the inspection on your phone with photos) for you to make the best decision for your vehicle. I'm often in the back with a mechanic showing me the exact issues. They know me by name and are honest and upfront. For that, I'll never go anywhere else

This used to be a pretty good shop, good work at a fair price. I’ve done a fair amount of work with them over the years the owner has even purchased a couple of cars from myself and my family. Expecting a good experience I took my car in to get my clutch replaced and was quoted 2200 dollars. Mind you, this is a seven year old Honda Civic, not a Porsche. Suspicious, I called several shops and got quotes ranging from 750-1000 dollars, the local dealership even beat them by 800 dollars or so. On top of that they were trying to charge me 1000 more to change the power steering fluid, clean/adjust the rear drums, and change the brake fluid. Honestly, I’m disappointed, now they’re just like ever other shop, trying to prey on people hoping they don’t know any better

USAA recommends Auto Excel and I'm so glad they do!! From the moment I called the shop, Phillip Preston was very attentive to detail with taking care of my Volkswagen. He worked me in that day and arranged for a rental car. My car needed several repairs and Meng and Lead Technician, Kevin were very expedient and thorough in taking care of all of them. I was emailed a detailed diagnostic assessment that evening including photos and once services were agreed upon, I was kept up to speed throughout the entire process. My car drives and runs better than it has in years! I'm very satisfied and will definitely do business with them again! The guys at Auto Excel are professionals who care about their work and the customers they serve. Don't hesitate to call Phillip if your car needs any type of repair. They stand behind their work and include a warranty that is twice as long as the one Don Jacobs offers!

Professional auto mechanics. I would strongly recommend if you're searching for a mechanic. I had over 100,000 miles on a van, and I needed to have several maintenance issues looked into. I wasn't having problems with my vehicle, but I drive it all over the US and Canada and need to keep it reliable. They offer the exact service I needed, where they do a complete vehicle inspection. What I like is that they send a text when completed with a complete breakdown of the results, including pics when necessary (see picture). I had them do a lot of work for me, as I hadn't really done much to the van maintenance-wise for the first 100,000 other than oil changes and replacing the air filter. It was three days of work on the vehicle, so that gives you an idea of how much work I had them do. Was it cheap? Not to me. But I'm an old man. Everything seems high to me. But it was quite a bit cheaper than dealership costs, which is exactly what I was looking for from an independent mechanic. And while I wasn't having any problems with the van, I can definitely tell a difference in the way it is running now. It runs like a new car. And they offer a three year/36000 mile warranty on their work. That's a fair deal. So, while I had some shock at the cost of maintenance, it was pennies on the dollar compared to replacing with a new vehicle. I probably spent six months of new car payments on maintenance, which is pretty good math in my book. I'll be working with them again in the future.
