This used to be a pretty good shop, good work at a fair price. I’ve done a fair amount of work with them over the years the owner has even purchased a couple of cars from myself and my family. Expecting a good experience I took my car in to get my clutch replaced and was quoted 2200 dollars. Mind you, this is a seven year old Honda Civic, not a Porsche. Suspicious, I called several shops and got quotes ranging from 750-1000 dollars, the local dealership even beat them by 800 dollars or so. On top of that they were trying to charge me 1000 more to change the power steering fluid, clean/adjust the rear drums, and change the brake fluid. Honestly, I’m disappointed, now they’re just like ever other shop, trying to prey on people hoping they don’t know any better
First, I would like to apologize for any misunderstanding of the estimate. I'm sure there is a logical explanation for the quote if you would want to go over the estimate. I will be more than happy to discuss any discrepancies. Feel free to call me at the repair facility at your next convenient opportunity. Sincerely, Mike B.
