The service at Autoexcel is second to none. Phillip was my service advisor and was in constant contact with me in regards to the status of my vehicle. I’ve never been to a service shop that made me feel that I was being treated honestly. Autoexcel has changed that. I get a feeling of honesty and security when having my vehicle serviced there. I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Phillip Preston and Autoexcel.

These guys have always been so honest with me on my car. They work with me to fix what needs it NOW & helps me wait on some to fit into my budge. And trust me that means a lot coming from a single mother with the only check coming in. Bless you guys!

Offered to replace an entire engine for me with a used one for 10K, I declined, took the car home and replaced a $20 part and am again driving my car. Not sure if they simply default to a more expensive repair, failed to diagnose or some other reason.

Charged me $920 to not fix anything!

nice, but...it's getting to the point where every time I take my car in they "find" something else wrong with it. The last time the mechanic may or may not have broken a very expensive piece that HAS to be fixed NOW. I don't have that kind of money, but they must think I do based on my car model. :( If I had someone else to take my car to, I would. No longer satisfied.

I actually found Auto Excel by accident while looking for another business. They got my work van in, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They treated me like I was a long term client and not just another face in the crowd. Well I am a "new" long term client NOW!! These guys know how to do business right and i will always recommend them!! Thanks For the outstanding service!!! You Rock!!!

After taking my vehicle to numerous places in the past for car maintenance I have finally found a gem! The staff at Auto Excel went above and beyond in taking care of my car. They took the time to explain everything in detail, they were experienced, courteous and knowledgeable. I won't need to go anywhere else again!
