I can't say enough about my experiences at Auto Excel. Phillip, Dallas, and Kevin go above and beyond in providing excellent and honest customer service. They did a great job explaining the problems I was having with my BMW and the repairs were made in a timely manner. Phillip did all the communicating with my warranty people and he even took care of getting a rental car for me! They also have an awesome rewards program. They are now my guys for all of my BMW services and I highly recommend them.

Have always had positive experiences at Auto Excel. They are both very professional and knowledgeable. From the time you walk through the front door to the time that you leave with your vehicle, the service is impeccable. They are very thorough and informative. After the last visit there, my soon to be 10yr old BMW is running like it did when I bought it! Which is largely due to their advice and commitment to the service that they provide. I would trust them with any vehicle that I may own but especially my BMW. Have had very bad experiences at another "reputable" place in town. Top-notch service. After many trips to the dealership for the same issue, Meng was able to figure out what the problem was rather quickly. Meng also pointed out some other issues the dealership failed to mention. Phillip, my service advisor is amazing. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I'm a business woman myself and my advisor Phillip convinced me in seconds with his passion and knowledge. I could tell immediately that this was somewhere I could trust. How can you not TRUST a company that backs everything they say with PROOF?!? I've never seen ANY repair shop/tire shop/mechanic etc give me a detailed report of the EXACT condition my car is in. This is what solidified me coming to Auto Excel. Sure enough. Phillip was in constant contact with the condition of my car as it was in repairs. He was honest and had my safety FIRST AND FOREMOST. I recently purchased a car that to most would appear perfect, I went to MANY others (independent and corporations) and they all told me I was fine. It was obvious with the pictures and detailed report of my car that I was NOT fine. My brakes in their current condition could have left me injured, along with others, or resulted in an auto accident of some sorts. As Phillip put it, "this type of negligence is unacceptable". This ladies and gentlemen is why you pay the price for quality work. THOROUGH WORK! I've been in tears nearly all night since leaving at how blessed I feel that these gentlemen even pulled me into the back to explain to a young female just how things need to be working and what to look for. They care. I can't say enough! Why haven't YOU called them yet?! Ask for Phillip! He will keep your SAFETY in mind first and foremost, isn't that what's most important for you and your family? This was my first experience at a car repair shop and it more than I could have hoped for. My friend and I were shuttle to the mall for free and picked up. They gave me amazing advice for my car and were so kind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice and honest car repair shop. Thank you so much!

Friendly and through service. Phillip was honest and thorough in his explanation with my brake and tire needs. Philip treated me with respect and allowed me to see exactly why my car needed repairs, something almost unheard of for a mechanic shop or when you are a female. Everyone in the shop was friendly and professional.
