I wish I could add more stars to this rating. Their professionalism and quality of work is over the top. I was having issues with the steering on my Mercedes GL450. I dropped my car off and the next day (New Years Eve) I received a detailed report on my vehicle as well as the recommendation on what was needed to repair my car. We had to replace the power steering pump on my vehicle. Auto Excel does quality work with extremely fair prices. I would highly recommend taking your Mercedes to them for services and repairs. You won't regret it!

Because USAA recommended Auto Excel in January of 2018, I gave them a shot. I don’t take my vehicle anywhere else since my first visit here. The service is thorough, top-notch and comes with a 3 year guarantee!! This business is trustworthy. I feel like I am among family when I’m here.

These guys were awesome. I was so stressed about getting my oil changed (Mini coopers are apparently complicated), but these guys were great. They made sure I knew what was going on, finished they oil change as soon as possible, and made sure I had all the information necessary. They have secured a long time loyal customer and I have already recommended them to a friend that drives the same kind of car.

Don't look anywhere else! This is the place to go!!! I was recently looking to purchase a new used vehicle. I was looking for a mechanic that would do BMW's. I first called Import Auto Specialist Inc. And they were extremely rude, non helpful, and waste of my time. I called and asked for a general "ball park estimate" on a part, and estimate for replacement and told me they could talk to me "next Friday" NEXT. I hung up, I only called them simply based off of reviews from Google Maps, never calling them again. I then Google Maps again and found Auto Excel and gave them a call. Once again, picking off of ratings of reviews. Right from the get go, I felt like I was talking to a professional, and being treated like a customer. They told me about about a pre-perchase vehicle inspection. I got a bunch of information over the phone and just about everything I needed to hear and then some. I booked an appointment. I found a used car that I was interested in and they check it out and I was surprised to get an extremely detailed report texted to my phone along with photos of my vehicle. They also went through the report with me as well. They exceeded my expectations. I'm not from Kentucky, and it is nice to have honest upfront, helpful people. They were very upfront and honest and made it worthy of my time. Thank you so much for being helpful. Complete affordable and worth it! Highly reccomended!!!
