Auto Excel was the best auto experience I have ever had. Dallas was beyond helpful, so kind, and took care of me my entire visit. He welcomed me to stay and hang out with them while they looked at my car or they would take care of my lyft rides to and from where ever I needed to go. When I returned back, when they were finished, he ended up saving me money and adding me to their amazing rewards program. I am so grateful for finding this auto repair shop and can proudly say I will be going back for any of my future car needs. Thank you Auto Excel and thank you Dallas for taking care of me and my car!

What a great team. Phillip and Dallas were very thorough on inspection during an oil change. Brought issues to my attention that would have cost me much more in the long run. They went through the work that was of high priority and got me back in for quick repairs. Just a great experience and couldn’t thank them enough. Great job guys!!

I would have to give Auto Excel 5 stars. I needed to find a shop to take care of my vehicle and I think I found what I was looking for. I think they do excellent work and are reasonably priced. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I think I'll use them from now on.

I was in need for an auto shop closer to my daughter since she is going to graduate school and living in the Kentucky area. Auto excel was recommended to me and I couldn’t be happier to find a great place that always takes care of my daughter’s car to the upmost possible way. No matter the problem they are always more than willing to try and accommodate us and fix it. They go out of their way to make sure she and the car are doing fine. They if follow up with a phone call the day after just to make sure all is still doing well. I must say I haven’t found a place like this. They explain everything they fine wrong with the car in a way that you can understand and don’t do anything without final approval from you the customer. They are a little far for my daughter but well worth the drive for great piece of mind.

Phillip at Auto Excel has always put 110% into helping me with my car and making sure that my car is running smoothly. Whenever I have taken my car in he has always made sure to thoroughly explain what the problem is and how they are going to fix it. Most of my visits to Auto Excel have been a couple of hours long and as a result he has always made sure that I am doing okay while I am waiting for my car. I also really love that each time I bring my car in, Auto Excel does a thorough inspection on my car during which Phillip ensures to review the inspection with me each time and answers any questions I have. Overall, Phillip is awesome and I have no complaints with Auto Excel!
