I have used Auto Excel on numerous occasions over the last few years. They have always been totally helpful. They help me rent a care if I need one. They provide a complete analysis of what is going on with my vehicle and estimate for each repair. Phillip is the best service manager with whom I have ever dealt. Plus, to top it all off, they do a great job of repairing my car and getting me back on the road. I highly recommend Auto Excel.

By far the best auto shop I've ever dealt with; no comparison. I requested an appointment through the online form and within 15 minutes Dallas had contacted me to schedule a date & time and confirm my maintenance concerns. In addition, Philip provided what seemed like real time updates regarding my vehicle's progress. He was completely informative with respect to the tests and suggestions he had, not at all persuasive. Auto Excel never seemed to make a move without informing me and getting my approval. When repairs took longer than expected, they ASKED me if they could keep my vehicle an additional day, or if it would inconvenience me. Great service, great employees, great establishment. You have earned a life long customer.

If I wasn't from out of town I would make Auto Excel my "go to" auto repair shop. Phillip went above and beyond to get my Land Rover fixed in a timely manner and he scheduled Lyft rides for me while my car was being repaired. They sent me a link that had the write up for my entire car's inspection even though I only brought it in for one problem. They also provided me with multiple pictures to show my car's status throughout the whole process. I received excellent customer service and I'd recommend them to anyone. Also, they have a fantastic warranty and rewards program that came free with my repair which is rare for the mechanics in my area.

Sent my daughter there with her car and got great service AND fair prices. A few months later we sent the car back for a different issue. They said they may have caused the issue and refused to let us pay for the second fix. Love these guys (go Dallas) I'll never send my daughter anyplace else. GO CATS!

Recently, took my vehicle to them to have a coolant tank replaced. I paid 120.00 to get a over view of the health of my car (which is required by everyone). I understand as I am sure a diagnosis of the problem for free would allow people to fix it for cheaper by themselves or others which would waste time for the business. I got the quote back as 2, 040 dollars as they used this report to find other things that were not necessary. I don't know how in good faith you could do this to a new customer. I bought the part on amazon for 34 dollars and replaced it in 15 minutes. I would never recommend this shop. The part alone and work to do what i did was quoted as 500 dollars alone on top of the 120.00 dollars already paid.

I had the most delightful experience with everyone at Auto Excel! The detailed service report including pictures of the inside of my vehicle impressed me by far! What impressed me the most was the level of true service overheard for another man that was having service done to his vehicle - they gladly got a lyft driver to come and pick him up after an unexpected amount of time had been added to his wait! The client didn't ask - they simply offered right after telling of the extended wait time. Very professional. I highly recommend taking your vehicle and business here!
