Hey , I can't talk enough good about this shop, they have went above and beyond for me, making sure everything was the best that it could be for me and my family . They think of the customers before they think for themselves, ( hey I have my own business and it is hard to please everyone, but I bet they help you, because they have the best mechanics that I have ever seen. And I am a car guy). so if you want a shop that you can trust and do you right , then you need to not go anywhere else . Thank you Mike for everything you have done for me and my Family. Can't say enough good things about Auto Excel! Phillip is very personable, knowledgeable and so helpful with any questions. He certainly went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and way less stressed. Kevin worked hard to diagnose and put together a plan to fix my Mini Cooper. I appreciate everything he did to go above and beyond. Who does that anymore? These guys do... Getting a detailed report I can view myself and have it explained in detail again upon arrival is top notch customer service. Phillip made sure I understood and was comfortable throughout the entire process. Complete trust in these guys... Thanks again 😁
